Recurring monitoring

Scheduled aerial monitoring

Define what matters once. AerialIQ returns on schedule and captures the same locations, viewpoints and conditions every visit, so each set compares directly with the last.

Example progress comparison: the same construction site from the same position on an earlier and a later visit.Example

In short

AerialIQ runs scheduled aerial monitoring on weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, seasonal or custom cadences. The capture scope is defined once and repeated every visit from saved viewpoints, so each set compares directly with the last.

Capture and delivery

What AerialIQ captures, and what you receive

Captured on site

  • A capture scope agreed once: the areas, viewpoints, maps and deliverables every visit includes
  • Saved viewpoints flown at the same position, altitude and heading each time
  • Site overview images on every visit
  • Recurring orthomosaic maps where the scope includes them
  • Additional captures when something changes - a storm, a milestone, a repair

What you receive

One labelled set per visit
Dated and organised by viewpoint, matching every previous visit.
Visit-over-visit comparison
The same frames side by side, so change is obvious without hunting for it.
Recurring maps (optional)
The same orthomosaic re-flown each cycle.
A growing archive
Every visit kept in order for the length of the agreement.
Example progress comparison: the same construction site from the same position on an earlier and a later visit.Example
The same viewpoint, visit after visit: how a monitoring program shows change over time.Illustrative example - not AerialIQ client work

Who it is for

Common project situations

Typically construction teams, commercial property managers, land and ranch owners, roofing and exterior contractors and public works and government agencies.

  • An active construction site

Monthly progress from fixed viewpoints, with a quarterly map of the whole site.

  • A commercial property portfolio

Roofs, facades, parking and grounds on a quarterly or seasonal schedule.

  • Land, roads and water

Seasonal records of roads, fence lines, drainage and erosion across large properties.

  • Public works

Roads, trails, parks, facilities and public construction documented on a set cadence.

Define it once

The same capture, every visit

At the start, the scope is agreed: which areas, which viewpoints, which maps and which deliverables every visit includes. From then on each visit repeats it exactly, so the archive becomes a series rather than a pile.

  1. Month 01

    Baseline

  2. Month 02

    Same viewpoints

  3. Month 03

    Change is visible

Same locations, same viewpoints, same conditions. Diagram, not a photograph.

Programs

What people monitor

Examples of the scope a schedule usually covers. Every program is built from what the site actually needs.

  • Construction monitoring

Progress photography · Repeat viewpoints · Site overview · Staging and logistics · Recurring orthomosaics

  • Commercial property monitoring

Roofs · Facades · Parking · Grounds and drainage · Repairs over time

  • Property & land monitoring

Roads · Fence lines · Water areas · Structures · Erosion and drainage · Seasonal comparison

  • Contractor portfolio monitoring

    Pre-work · Progress · Completion · Recurring property records

  • Public works documentation

Roads and trails · Parks and facilities · Public construction · Drainage and erosion · Storm and event records

Schedule and billing

Visit schedule and billing are set separately

How often AerialIQ visits and how you pay for it are two different decisions. A monthly program does not have to be billed monthly.

Pricing guidance

How much does recurring aerial monitoring cost?

Pricing

Quoted per project

Starting figures are guidance, not a quote. The final price is confirmed in writing once the scope, location and deliverables are known.

What moves the final quote

  • Project scope and the size of the site
  • Location and travel from northern Colorado
  • Complexity - access, airspace, obstructions, timing windows
  • The deliverables required, and how much editing they involve
  • Flight requirements such as number of viewpoints or passes
  • Recurring work, priced per visit below the one-off rate, with a lower rate again for prepaid terms

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What schedules are available?

Weekly, every two weeks, monthly, quarterly, seasonal, or a custom cadence tied to milestones or events. The schedule is set in the agreement and can change as the project does.

What does 'the same viewpoints' actually mean?

Each viewpoint is recorded once with its position, altitude, heading and camera angle, and flown the same way on every visit. That is what makes images months apart genuinely comparable.

What happens if weather stops a visit?

Flights only happen in safe, legal conditions. A visit that weather prevents is moved to the next suitable window, and how that is handled is set out in the agreement before the schedule starts.

How is recurring work billed?

The visit schedule and the billing schedule are separate. A monthly program can be billed monthly, or prepaid for six or twelve months at a reduced rate. The terms are set out in writing before the first visit.

Do you work with government and public agencies?

Yes. Public agencies often have their own procurement and contract requirements, so those are reviewed at the start rather than assuming AerialIQ's standard commercial terms apply.

How much does recurring aerial monitoring cost?

Each project is quoted individually. The cadence, the capture scope per visit, maps or models, the length of the agreement, prepayment and travel affect the final figure, which is confirmed in writing in the quote.

Can AerialIQ travel to my site?

Yes. Projects throughout Colorado, from a base in northern Colorado. Travel is estimated from the project location and itemised in the quote, so the price reflects where the site actually is.

Send the location, what you need captured and roughly when. That is enough to come back with a scope and a price.
