Privacy policy

What AerialIQ collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Written plainly, because it should be.

Last updated 27 September 2026

This policy covers aerialiq.us and the information you give AerialIQ through it. AerialIQ is based in northern Colorado, Colorado.

When you send a project request, we receive what you enter on the form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and company; how you prefer to be contacted; and the project details - the type of service, the project location, timing, whether it is one visit or recurring, the deliverables you need, any service-specific answers and your notes.

If you tell us how you heard about AerialIQ, we keep that too.

When you first arrive on the site, the address of that page, any campaign tags in it (such as utm_source or a Google Ads click identifier) and the site that referred you are kept in your browser's session storage - not a cookie - until you close the tab.

They are sent to us only if you submit a request, together with your browser's user-agent string. We use them to understand which channels bring in real projects. If you never submit a request, they never leave your browser.

Your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions from the same connection. It is not stored with your request.

The public site sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, this policy will be updated before it does.

To reply to your request, prepare a quote, plan and deliver the work, and keep a record of the project. Attribution information is used only in aggregate, to learn which ways of finding AerialIQ lead to real work.

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

It is stored with the service providers that host the website and its database on our behalf, who may use it only to provide that service. We would also disclose it if the law required us to.

Requests and the project records that follow from them are kept as business records for as long as they are useful to the working relationship and our records. You can ask for yours to be deleted at any time, subject to anything we are legally required to keep.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, get in touch using the details on the contact page.

The site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new date at the top.
