Documentation & data

Documentation and data

Imagery, maps and models that record conditions - what a site, property or structure looked like on a given date. The value is accuracy, coverage and repeatability, organised so it can be found and compared later.

Construction Documentation

Consistent visual records of a project from groundbreaking through completion, captured from the same positions every visit.

For General contractors, Home builders, Commercial developers, Civil contractors, Excavation companies, Property developers

Captured
Progress stills from saved viewpoints, repeated at the same altitude and heading each visit; Whole-site overview images for orientation and stakeholder updates; Milestone captures - foundations, framing, enclosure, completion.
You receive
Full-resolution stills, Site overview set, Progress video (optional), Orthomosaic map (optional), A dated download link

Inspection Imagery

High-resolution visual documentation of roofs, exteriors and structures, without anyone leaving the ground.

The flagship

Recurring monitoring

Any of the documentation services, on a schedule. The capture is defined once and repeated from the same viewpoints every visit, so the archive becomes a series.

Pricing guidance

How much does aerial documentation cost?

Where a starting figure is published, it is guidance. Every project's price is confirmed in writing before anything is booked.

Mapping & OrthomosaicsQuoted per project
Inspection ImageryFrom $275 / property
Recurring MonitoringQuoted per project
3D & PhotogrammetryQuoted per project
Aerial Media & ProductionFrom $375 / shoot

Starting figures are guidance, not a quote. The final price is confirmed in writing once the scope, location and deliverables are known.

What moves the final quote

  • Project scope and the size of the site
  • Location and travel from northern Colorado
  • Complexity - access, airspace, obstructions, timing windows
  • The deliverables required, and how much editing they involve
  • Flight requirements such as number of viewpoints or passes
  • Recurring work, priced per visit below the one-off rate, with a lower rate again for prepaid terms

Next step

Not sure which service fits?

Describe the site and what you need the imagery to do. If it spans more than one service - monthly progress photos plus a quarterly map, say - it is quoted as one project.
