About
Aerial documentation, run like a field operation
AerialIQ is a Colorado aerial documentation, mapping and media operation for businesses that need imagery to do a job - record a build, map a site, document a property or show a place.
In short
AerialIQ is founded and run by Cody Bennett, based in northern Colorado and taking projects throughout Colorado. It provides construction documentation, aerial mapping, inspection imagery, property and land documentation, recurring monitoring, 3D models and aerial media.
Who runs AerialIQ
Cody Bennett
Cody Bennett founded AerialIQ and runs its projects. Today, the person who scopes your project is the person who plans the work, from the airspace check to the delivered set.
What makes that dependable is the system behind it rather than the size of the team: saved viewpoints, planned flights, checked airspace and deliverables organised the same way every time. A specialist operation, run with the discipline of a larger one.

How the work is done
What AerialIQ is built around
The aircraft is a tool, not the product
Nobody hires AerialIQ for a drone. A contractor needs a record of the build, a landowner needs to see the whole property at once, a property manager needs to see a roof without sending someone up it. The work starts from what the imagery has to do, and the flight is planned backwards from there.
Repeatable, not just good-looking
A single striking image is easy. Documentation that holds up is harder: saved viewpoints flown at the same altitude and heading every visit, so a series taken months apart compares directly. That discipline applies to every project, not only the recurring ones.
Planned before anyone drives out
Airspace, site access, weather and the shot list are worked out ahead of the visit. Some sites need FAA authorization; some locations cannot be flown at all. Finding that out in advance is part of the job.
Deliverables you can use on arrival
Imagery arrives organised - by visit, by viewpoint, by area of the building - and in the formats it will actually be used in. Not a folder of raw files for someone else to sort.
Where AerialIQ is today
A new business, stated plainly
AerialIQ is early. There is no long client list on this site and no testimonials, because publishing either would mean inventing them. Case studies will appear as work is completed and clients agree to it being shown.
What can be judged now is the method: how a project is planned, how it is flown and what arrives at the end. Each service page shows a labelled example of what the deliverable looks like; if you want to know more before booking, ask, and you will get a straight answer about what exists.
Deliverables are currently sent as organised download links. A customer portal for project history and deliverables is in development and is not available yet.

- Flight rules
- Every commercial flight is flown under the FAA's Part 107 rules, with a certificated remote pilot in command responsible for it.
Where the work stops
What AerialIQ does not do
AerialIQ records conditions visually. It does not provide engineering inspections, structural assessments, land surveying, roof certification, insurance adjusting or compliance determinations, and it does not offer thermal imaging. Where a project needs a professional conclusion, AerialIQ supplies the imagery and your qualified professional draws the conclusion.
